He is accused of attacking a 20-year-old waitress, Zoe Samson-Wood, with a carving knife, inflicting multiple wounds including nerve damage requiring reconstructive surgery, and injuring two others, including a female patron.
Clark, a kitchenhand previously excluded from the club over complaints of unwanted attention, was hospitalized after allegedly injuring his hand during the incident and was later remanded in custody.
He did not apply for bail and requested time to prepare his defense ahead of a March 16 court date.
