Irish court approves sale of three luxury cars seized from former Real IRA member Nathan Kinsella, linked to unpaid taxes and criminal history.
The Irish Criminal Assets Bureau has won High Court approval to sell three high-end vehicles—two BMWs and an Audi Q7—seized from Nathan Kinsella, a former Real IRA member, due to their high value and depreciation.
No one claimed ownership, and proceeds will be held pending a future court decision.
Kinsella, who pleaded guilty in 2024 to failing to file tax returns for 2018–2020 over a €230,000 unreported gift while on unemployment, was sentenced to one year in prison.
He has a prior record including paramilitary activity, traffic offences, and obstruction of justice.
The case is adjourned to next month.
