Interactive Strength acquires Ergatta for up to $19.5M, boosting revenue and integrating its fitness tech.
Interactive Strength Inc. has agreed to acquire Ergatta, a Brooklyn-based game-based fitness company, in a deal expected to close in Q1 2026.
The acquisition, valued up to $19.5 million based on performance milestones, will boost TRNR’s 2026 revenue guidance by 50% to over $30 million, driven by Ergatta’s projected $10 million in revenue and 30% EBITDA margin.
