Air France-KLM reported a record €1.75 billion net profit for 2025, driven by a 4.9% revenue increase to €33.01 billion and a 25% rise in operating profit to €2 billion, fueled by strong transatlantic demand, premium seat sales, and lower fuel costs. The group surpassed 100 million passengers, with fourth-quarter results exceeding expectations. Despite KLM’s lagging performance and a €90 million loss from weather disruptions, the airline plans 3%-5% capacity growth in 2026, led by long-haul routes and Transavia’s 10% expansion. It aims to cut €450 million in annual costs and finalize a 60.5% stake acquisition in SAS by late 2026.
