A cattle station in Western Australia’s Kimberley region, previously listed for $16 million without a sale, is set for an online auction on March 26 at 11:30 a.m.
The 183,000-hectare property, near Broome with a herd of about 8,500 cattle, features a fully fenced layout, homestead, cattle yards, and infrastructure.
It has strong resilience to drought and flooding, with 1,000mm annual rainfall and a carrying capacity of 9,500 cattle units.
Approved for 233 hectares of cultivation and 17,550 hectares of improved pasture, it has two bores with potential irrigation water.
Access is via an all-weather road.
The starting price is about $35 per acre, and the owner may accept offers before auction.
