Eric Trump is investing in a $1.5 billion all-stock merger between Israeli drone maker XTEND and Florida-based JFB Construction Holdings, aiming to take the combined company public under the ticker "XTND" by mid-2026.
The deal unites XTEND’s AI-powered tactical drones, used by U.S. and allied military forces including in Ukraine, with JFB’s construction expertise.
Other investors include Protego Ventures, American Ventures, and Aliya Capital.
