Crystal Hefner accuses the Hugh M. Hefner Foundation of holding non-consensual, explicit photos and a private diary, seeking to block their release.
The widow of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, Crystal Hefner, has complained to the attorneys general of California and Illinois about the Hugh M. Hefner Foundation's purported ownership of thousands of private scrapbooks that include explicit images of women—some of whom may have been minors—that were taken without their consent.
According to her, the documents—which include a private sex journal with sensitive information—were never intended for public consumption and might be kept in private California facilities or being converted to digital form.
Although there is no proof of child pornography, she aims to stop distribution and protect privacy after being removed as president of the foundation for voicing concerns.
There has been no response from the foundation.
