The Warriors signed guard Nate Williams from Long Island on a two-way deal to bolster their playoff-bound roster.
The Golden State Warriors have signed 27-year-old guard Nate Williams from the Long Island Nets to a two-way contract, marking his first such deal this season.
Williams, an undrafted free agent in 2022, averaged 17.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game for Long Island, shooting 48.2% from the field and 34.5% from three.
His addition fills a roster spot opened after a player’s promotion and provides depth for the Warriors, who are 29-26 and in playoff contention.
The move comes as the team manages injuries and aims to strengthen its bench ahead of the March 1 playoff eligibility deadline.
