In March 2026, Portland International Airport will launch a one-year pop-up residency program in its remodeled main terminal, introducing two locally owned businesses: ECOVIBE, an eco-conscious lifestyle brand offering sustainable home goods and crafts, and Mikiko Mochi Donuts, a gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free donut shop inspired by Japanese traditions.
The program, part of PDX’s effort to support small businesses and keep airport spending within the local economy, provides infrastructure and operational support to help regional entrepreneurs gain visibility.
Both businesses will operate in the pre-security area, aiming to showcase Portland’s values of sustainability, inclusivity, and craftsmanship to travelers.
