The court noted inconsistencies in affidavits and ordered revised filings within a week.
Both sides presented conflicting arguments, with defendants challenging the suit’s validity and the plaintiff citing coordinated attacks.
The case is set for further hearings on April 14 and May 14, with mediation encouraged and interim injunction proceedings ongoing.
