Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva begins a state visit to India on February 18, 2026, leading the largest Brazilian delegation ever, including ministers and top business leaders.
He will hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 21, focusing on strengthening strategic ties in trade, defense, energy, agriculture, health, critical minerals, science, technology, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, space, and people-to-people exchanges.
