The decision follows severe weather that began Sunday evening, leading to the postponement of eight races originally scheduled for Monday.
This marks the first cancellation since January 4 and is part of updated safety protocols adopted after a spike in horse fatalities linked to rainy conditions.
The races will be rescheduled during the week, with a makeup date to be added to the Classic Meet before it ends April 5.
Racing is expected to resume February 20–22.
