Filed on February 12, the application seeks to nullify the appointment, demand disclosure of its basis, and request a royal commission of inquiry. The case, set for a leave hearing on March 16, questions the legality and transparency of the process, particularly as Terrirudin was appointed despite tradition favoring senior apex court judges for the role. The Bar also seeks a stay on Terrirudin’s duties pending the court’s decision.
