A large Queensland farm, Moonie Ponds, is back on the market after international buyer talks failed.
A 17,112-acre farming and grazing property, Moonie Ponds, in Queensland’s Nindigully area, has returned to the market after talks with an international buyer ended.
The freehold property features 13,205 acres of arable land, including 148 acres under irrigation, on fertile grey soils supporting grazing.
Water is supplied via a capped artesian bore, feeding tanks, a 600 megalitre dam, and a lagoon system, with a pending license for 13,000 megalitres of irrigation.
