Greater Lafayette has received a $1.2 million state grant to expand its Career+ Pathways program, which connects students in 12 Indiana counties to career opportunities through work-based learning, coaching, and credentialing.
Funded by Indiana’s Career Coaching Grant under Senate Enrolled Act 365, the award will enhance career navigation in schools, strengthen school-employer ties, and support new graduation requirements for the Class of 2029 that emphasize real-world experience.
The program, led by Greater Lafayette Commerce and the Region 4 Workforce Board, has already delivered tens of thousands of career experiences and over 4,000 microcredentials.
