Cooper Woods, Australia’s mogul skier from Pambula, NSW, was honored with a commemorative stamp by Australia Post after winning gold in the men’s individual moguls at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics.
He edged out Canada’s Mikael Kingsbury with superior technique in the final, securing his first Olympic gold in his second appearance and marking a comeback from a knee injury.
The stamp, featuring his medal ceremony image, was released within a week of his victory and is now available in post offices nationwide.
Australia Post’s Kayla Le Cornu said the initiative celebrates athletes’ achievements and shares national pride, while chef de mission Alisa Camplin praised Woods’ flawless performance under pressure, highlighting his three top runs in the final.
