Two road accidents in Afghanistan’s Ghazni province on Saturday night killed six people, including women and a child, and injured 14 others, police said.
The first crash in Qara Bagh district killed five and injured two; a second occurred minutes later on the same road, killing one and injuring 12, some critically.
Authorities cited reckless driving and poor visibility due to darkness as likely causes.
Emergency crews transported the injured to hospitals.
This follows a separate fatal crash in Badakhshan province last week that killed 12.
