Puducherry’s final electorate is 944,211, down from 1.02 million, after removing over 103,000 ineligible voters and adding 42,719 new ones, including first-time voters and persons with disabilities.
Lakshadweep’s roll lists 57,607 voters, a slight increase from its draft.
Delays across other regions stem from implementation issues, political interference, and legal challenges.
Upcoming releases include Tamil Nadu and Gujarat on February 17, followed by several states through April 10.
