A new Sunday roast menu has launched at Ancient Shepherds, a Cambridgeshire restaurant led by Michelin-star chef Mark Poynton, marking a shift from its previous tasting-menu-only format.
The pub-restaurant in Fen Ditton will serve the two- or three-course roast from 12pm to 6pm, featuring starters like cured cod and mushroom tart, mains including roast beef and halibut, and desserts such as apricot ice cream and chocolate tart.
The two-course meal costs £37, three courses £45, with optional wine pairings.
The restaurant will close on Wednesdays starting February 25.
