The Council reaffirmed that terrorism in all forms is a threat to global peace, stressing accountability for perpetrators, organizers, financiers, and sponsors.
It urged all states to cooperate with Pakistan under international law and to combat terrorism through lawful means in accordance with the UN Charter and human rights obligations.
