Philippine senators Dela Rosa and Go named by ICC as co-perpetrators in Duterte’s drug war killings.
Philippine senators Ronald Dela Rosa and Christopher Go have been named as co-perpetrators in an International Criminal Court case against former President Rodrigo Duterte, according to prosecution documents released on February 13, 2026.
The ICC alleges they were involved in a coordinated campaign during Duterte’s “war on drugs,” resulting in at least 76 killings between 2013 and 2018, including murders during his mayoralty in Davao City and later as president.
Dela Rosa, a former police chief, has been absent from public view, while Go, a re-elected senator and Duterte ally, has not commented.
Duterte, arrested in March 2025 and transferred to The Hague, is set to face a confirmation of charges hearing beginning February 23, where judges will decide if the case proceeds to trial.
The court has ruled Duterte fit to stand trial.
It remains unclear if any of the named individuals will face formal charges.
