Corinne Bailey Rae to curate Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2026–2028, featuring headliners and a Miles Davis tribute.
Corinne Bailey Rae has been named guest curator for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival’s 30th anniversary in 2026, a role spanning through 2028.
She will help shape the festival’s artistic direction and curate special performances.
The May Bank Holiday event, April 29 to May 4, will feature headliners Jessie J, Van Morrison, Jack Savoretti, ABC, and 10cc, along with Joss Stone, Lady Blackbird, Emma-Jean Thackray, Tinariwen, and the Earth Wind & Fire Experience.
A major highlight is the Miles Davis Symphonic: Kind of Blue tribute, honoring the centenary of the jazz legend.
The festival will include ticketed concerts, free shows, workshops, family activities, and jam sessions across Cheltenham.
Educational programs continue through school concerts and Musicate.
Tickets go on sale March 4, with member priority starting February 25.
