Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. II priced its IPO at $10 per unit, raising $125 million by selling 12.5 million units, with the offering expected to close on February 17, 2026.
Each unit includes one Class A share and one-fourth of a warrant to buy a share at $11.50.
Units began trading on Nasdaq as "WLIIU" on February 13, with shares and warrants set to trade separately as "WLII" and "WLIIW" after separation.
Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 1.875 million additional units.
The stock closed at $11.03 on the IPO day, down 1.96%, but rose to $11.05 in after-hours trading.
