Taking the lead on Lap 53, he held off Carson Hocevar by 0.065 seconds to earn a spot in the Daytona 500, joining Duel 1 winner Joey Logano on the second row. The caution-free race saw Elliott lead nine laps, with Kyle Larson, Michael McDowell, and Christopher Bell finishing in the top four. Chevrolet swept the top positions. A pit stop error by Chase Briscoe early in the race disrupted the order, allowing Elliott to capitalize on the chaos. The Daytona 500 will follow two practice sessions on Friday and Saturday.
