Bar sales at Ireland’s Leinster House rose 34% to €444,655 in 2025, with current and former lawmakers spending nearly €60,000 on drinks, including premium whiskeys, tequila, and sambuca.
Guinness was the top seller, followed by Coors and Heineken, while house-brand wine, champagne, and snacks also contributed to revenue.
Most transactions were by card, and the Members’ Bar accounted for one-third of sales.
