Stanley Napier indicted for killing Daniel Jaco in a Feb. 6 chicken barn shooting after a fight.
Stanley K. Napier Jr., 40, of Water Valley, Kentucky, has been indicted on first-degree murder and first-degree wanton endangerment charges in the Feb. 6, 2026, shooting death of Daniel Ray Jaco, 49, at a chicken barn in Graves County.
Authorities say a physical altercation preceded Napier’s return with a handgun, resulting in Jaco’s fatal gunshot wounds.
The Graves County Grand Jury returned the indictments on Feb. 10, and Napier was taken into custody, with bond set at $100,000 cash or $200,000 in property.
The investigation is ongoing.
