Reco raises $30M to expand AI security for enterprises amid surge in unapproved AI use.
Reco, a cybersecurity firm focused on securing AI-powered SaaS environments, has raised $30 million in a Series B round, bringing its total funding to $85 million.
The round, led by Zeev Ventures, included participation from existing and new investors such as Insight Partners, Workday Ventures, and TIAA Ventures.
The funding follows a 400% year-over-year revenue increase in 2025, building on a 500% surge in 2024, driven by widespread enterprise adoption of AI tools and the rise of unapproved “shadow AI” usage—now used by 71% of knowledge workers without IT approval.
Reco’s platform uses AI agents to monitor SaaS applications, user activity, permissions, and AI interactions in real time, addressing security gaps left by traditional tools.
The company now serves multiple Fortune 500 and global enterprises across finance, healthcare, tech, pharma, and manufacturing, as organizations shift from blocking AI to enabling it securely.
