Prime Video’s "Spider-Noir," set to premiere in spring 2026, stars Nicolas Cage as Ben Reilly, a 1930s New York private investigator and masked vigilante known as "The Spider." The series, co-showrun by Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot, blends film-noir aesthetics with Marvel’s spider-themed lore, offering each episode in both black-and-white and a stylized color version called "True-Hue." Set in Depression-era New York, it features a gritty, morally complex story with influences from classic noir and pulp fiction. Cage, who previously voiced the character in "Spider-Verse", describes the role as a fusion of Humphrey Bogart’s style and exaggerated vocal flair. The show, produced by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, will stream on Prime Video globally and MGM+ in the U.S.
