A 37-year-old Omaha woman, Dilrabo Azizbekova, died in a three-vehicle crash Friday night near Scribner, Nebraska, after her Subaru failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Highways 275 and 91.
She was driving east on Highway 91 when she collided with a Buick traveling south and then struck a Chevrolet.
Azizbekova was pronounced dead at a hospital.
The Subaru carried three children and an adult passenger, all of whom were injured and transported to hospitals, with one child suffering a severe brain injury.
The Buick driver sustained minor injuries.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Azizbekova’s identity and is investigating the crash.
