Alanis Morissette has been named the new headliner for the June 26–28, 2026 State Fayre festival in Chelmsford, replacing Neil Young who canceled his European tour. The event, featuring rock, country, folk, and Americana acts, will also include headliners Kings of Leon and The Lumineers. Morissette will perform on June 27, joining a lineup with Skunk Anansie, Razorlight, Orville Peck, Jack Savoretti, Stephen Wilson Jr., The Magic Numbers, and Molly Tuttle. The festival, expected to draw around 30,000 attendees, will offer multiple stages, vegetarian and vegan food, craft beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, boutique camping, and rides. Tickets are now on sale.
