MHADA's 2026 Pune housing lottery draw for 4,186 affordable units was held on February 10, 2026, with results published online by 6:00 PM.
Over 215,000 applicants competed for homes across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and surrounding districts, including 3,322 units under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme and 864 under the 15% Social Housing Scheme.
The live draw took place at Sharad Chandra Pawar Hall and was streamed on MHADA’s YouTube and Facebook channels.
Winners and waitlist candidates were notified via SMS and listed on housing.mhada.gov.in.
MHADA also plans to launch around 5,000 affordable homes in Mumbai in the coming months, with half in Goregaon and others in areas like Kandivali, Powai, and Andheri, priced from ₹38 lakh to over ₹8 crore.
