flag Indonesia's nationwide free health check program screened over 70 million people by end-2025 and aims to cover 130–136 million by 2026.

Indonesia's Free Health Check (CKG) program, launched in February 2025, has screened over 70 million people by year-end, with plans to expand coverage to 46% of its population—130 to 136 million—by 2026. The nationwide initiative now includes screenings for scabies, leprosy, yaws, and tuberculosis, alongside existing checks for blood pressure, diabetes, and mental health. Conducted across 38 provinces and over 10,000 health facilities, the program emphasizes preventive care and equitable access, with services offered at schools, workplaces, and public centers. Individuals identified with health issues receive immediate referrals. Officials aim to eventually cover all 280 million Indonesians.
