Alexander MacCallum pleaded guilty to causing a 2024 head-on crash in Wales that killed two people.
Alexander MacCallum, 28, pleaded guilty on February 9, 2026, to causing the deaths of Adam Muskett, 27, and Katie Worrell, 25, in a June 13, 2024, head-on crash on the A477 in west Wales.
The couple, traveling in a Ford Fiesta, were struck by MacCallum’s Jaguar XKR, which he said he lost control of in bad weather.
Both victims died despite emergency response efforts.
MacCallum, with no prior convictions, admitted to careless driving, was banned from driving, and awaits sentencing on April 2, 2026.
Families remembered Muskett and Worrell as deeply loved, kind, and passionate individuals.
