The charges stemmed from a September 6, 2025, traffic stop in Otter Tail County, where authorities found a 2.386-pound cocaine brick, packaging materials, and a digital scale in his vehicle.
Oslund, who received 152 days of credit for time served, must serve at least 43 months before becoming eligible for release, followed by up to 21 months of supervised release.
Judge Jonathan Judd urged him to participate in rehabilitation and education programs.
Oslund expressed remorse, acknowledged a substance use problem, and said he sought treatment to rebuild his life.
He was also ordered to pay a $50 fine and court costs.
