Two Queensland cattle properties, totaling 3,969 hectares, are being auctioned for the first time in over 100 years.
Two large cattle properties, Strathmore and Passchendaele, totaling 3,969 hectares in Queensland’s South Burnett region, are being offered for sale for the first time in over a century.
Located near Chapingah in the tick-free zone, the properties feature extensive irrigation, modern infrastructure, and strong carrying capacities.
Strathmore, at 2,416 hectares, includes a pivot-irrigated pasture system, multiple water sources, and a four-bedroom homestead.
Passchendaele, at 1,553 hectares, has returned cultivation, leucaena pastures, and solar-powered water systems.
Both will be auctioned separately by Kellco Rural Agencies on March 20.
