Tasmanian political cartoonist Jon Kudelka, 53, has died in Hobart after a two-year battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer diagnosed in early 2024.
Known for his sharp satire and incisive commentary, Kudelka created over 10,000 cartoons for major Australian publications including The Australian, The Saturday Paper, and the Hobart Mercury over a three-decade career.
