Pakistan's FGEHA housing projects delayed due to disputes, land issues, and contractor problems, despite new infrastructure contracts.
Pakistan's Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) continues to face delays on major Bhara Kahu housing projects, including Green Enclave and Sky Gardens, both behind schedule.
Sky Gardens, launched in 2019, is about 40% complete in Phase I and 42% in Phase II, with partial plot handovers and Blocks G and D expected by March 2026.
Green Enclave-I, started in 2009, remains unfinished due to contractor disputes and litigation.
Other FGEHA projects in sectors F-14, F-15, F-12, and G-12 face delays from land acquisition issues or stalled work.
Recently, Rs19 billion in infrastructure contracts were awarded for F-14 and F-15, with contractors now mobilized.
Los proyectos de vivienda FGEHA de Pakistán se retrasaron debido a disputas, problemas de tierra y problemas con los contratistas, a pesar de los nuevos contratos de infraestructura.
