Somerset Council surveys 1,597 care recipients on wellbeing to improve services.
Somerset Council is conducting its annual Adult Social Care Survey, inviting 1,597 randomly selected residents receiving council-funded care to share feedback.
Distributed by post starting January 26, the survey targets adults aged 18 and over who’ve had a full care assessment.
It includes 23 questions on quality of life and wellbeing, takes no more than 10 minutes, and is confidential.
Responses help inform national and local service improvements.
Accessible formats are available, and completed surveys should be returned via freepost.
The survey is mandatory for all local authorities with adult social care responsibilities.
