Fletcher High School in Fletcher, Oklahoma, has been named a 2025 State Champion in Class A of Oklahoma’s Promise, recognizing its high number of graduates meeting scholarship requirements.
The state’s college tuition program, established in 1992, supports low- to moderate-income students who maintain a 2.5 GPA, complete community service, and meet income thresholds.
Expanded eligibility, including higher income limits and special provisions for foster youth and children of public school staff, took effect in July 2025.
For the 2025 graduating class, nearly 6,150 students qualified, with over 17,000 expected to receive the scholarship in 2025–26.
The award highlights schools’ efforts in promoting college access and student success.
