Separately, a 26-year-old Maryland man, Colin Demarco, has been charged with attempted murder and other offenses for allegedly appearing at the Virginia home of OMB Director Russell Vought in August, wearing a mask and carrying a concealed firearm, and expressing admiration for a CEO assassin and fears of a fascist takeover.
He was arrested in January, extradited to Virginia, and is being held without bond.
