A historic Melbourne office building at 11 Queens Road, previously home to Galbally & O'Bryan Lawyers for 60 years, is set to be auctioned with an expected sale price of $35 million, up from $27 million in 2014.
The 2,337 sq m property is in a commercial area with a 31% vacancy rate.

In Southbank, a 2,070 sq m development site at 175–187 Sturt Street, originally bought by Crown Group in 2017 for $7.75 million, remains undeveloped due to ownership disputes and has no set price but is expected to sell for less than $35 million.
Meanwhile, a Chinese hotel operator acquired the vacant Trio Hotel in Box Hill for $30.7 million as part of a residential project, attracted by the property’s operational flexibility and the buyer’s experience in hotel management.
