Six sentenced to death in Bangladesh for 2024 Ashulia killings of seven youths.
On February 5, 2026, Bangladesh’s International Crimes Tribunal-2 sentenced six people, including former lawmaker Md Saiful Islam, to death for crimes against humanity linked to the August 5, 2024, killings of seven youths in Ashulia.
