Garden designer and BBC presenter Adam Frost will perform live at Chelmsford Theatre on March 21, 2026, as part of his extended UK tour. Known for Gardeners’ World and his work at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Frost will share personal stories from his global gardening projects, including a garden in Japan during a monsoon. The show highlights the emotional and mental health benefits of gardening and features music that has influenced his designs, such as Louis Armstrong’s “What A Wonderful World” and The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside.” A multiple award winner with seven Chelsea gold medals, Frost is also the author of several books, including his latest, For the Love of Plants.
