Amazon and AT&T have partnered to expand high-speed satellite internet for businesses in rural and remote areas using Amazon’s Leo satellite constellation.
The service, now available to business customers via Leo Ultra antennas, offers gigabit speeds and integrates with AT&T’s fiber network and AWS cloud infrastructure.
Amazon plans to launch 32 more satellites on February 12, aiming for 700 total by July 2026, though it lags behind its original timeline.
The project received $302 million in federal funding to connect over 400,000 U.S. locations.
While consumer rollout details remain undisclosed, AT&T also plans a separate satellite cellular beta launch in early 2026 with AST SpaceMobile.
