Real estate developer Signature Global reported a net loss of Rs 45.33 crore for the quarter ended December 2025, down from a profit of Rs 29.13 crore the previous year, due to a sharp drop in income to Rs 312.76 crore from Rs 862.14 crore, driven by weak demand, especially in Gurugram.
The company acknowledged it likely won’t meet its Rs 12,500 crore sales target for the fiscal year but remains confident in matching its record Rs 10,290 crore sales from the prior year.
Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal cited strong buyer interest in its wellness-focused project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, as a sign of shifting preferences, while emphasizing continued focus on disciplined execution, technology, and customer value.
