The company, developing oil fields on Alaska’s North Slope, holds 259,000 acres with estimated resources of 1.6 billion barrels of crude and 6.6 trillion cubic feet of gas.
It aims for final investment decision on the Ahpun field and first production into the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System by 2029, supported by a gas sales agreement and proximity to existing infrastructure.
Independent assessments back the resource estimates, and the company targets a market valuation of $5 per barrel of recoverable resources.
