Jashanpreet Singh, 27, founder of the Stockton-based Punjabi Devils motorcycle club linked to the Hells Angels, has pleaded guilty to federal charges of illegally dealing firearms and possessing a machine gun.
The plea stems from an undercover operation in June 2025 where he attempted to sell weapons including a short-barreled rifle, assault weapons, and machine gun conversion devices.
A search of his home uncovered a machine gun, silencer, high-capacity magazines, a hand grenade, and a suspected claymore mine.
Singh was arrested at San Francisco International Airport in July 2025 while attempting to flee to India after missing a court appearance.
He faces up to 15 years in prison and a $500,000 fine, with sentencing set for May 11, 2026.
