An Indian-origin couple left corporate jobs to launch a London supper club serving Indian-fusion cuisine, celebrating regional flavors and community.
An Indian-origin IIT Guwahati alumna and former Samsung designer, along with her husband, a data scientist, left corporate careers to launch The Bouzi Club, a London-based monthly supper club offering seven-course Indian-fusion meals at £50 per person.
Starting as home dinners for friends, the venture now hosts 10–12 guests monthly, using pani puri to spark conversation and celebrate regional Indian flavors rarely found in London.
