Two Indian flights collided on a Mumbai taxiway, causing minor damage but no injuries.

A wingtip collision occurred between an Air India flight bound for Coimbatore and an IndiGo flight arriving from Hyderabad at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport during taxi operations. Both aircraft were carrying passengers when their wingtips made contact on the taxiway, causing minor damage. No injuries were reported, and all passengers safely disembarked. The aircraft was grounded for inspections, and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) launched an investigation. Both airlines confirmed the incident and are arranging alternate flights. The airport resumed normal operations with minor delays.
