Varun Beverages, PepsiCo's largest non-U.S. bottler, reported a 36% rise in quarterly net profit to ₹2.52 billion for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, driven by 10.2% sales volume growth, strong festive demand in India, and international expansion in Africa.
Revenue increased 13.5% to ₹43.35 billion, supported by new production facilities and favorable financial factors.
The company plans to acquire Twizza in South Africa and entered a beer distribution deal with Carlsberg in Africa.
Despite the strong results, shares fell 4.5% on the day.
